Unsigned eagle pins. Any ideas

Found these in a storage unit I bought, anyone have an idea the years they were produced and by who, I found coro made similar, but these have no stamp. I will attach pics, thanks.

size of the pins? they look military...but which one is the question?

They are about 3.25" wide by 2" tall at tallest point. Info on either is appreciated. They do look military to me, they are IMO identical except for the paint, the non Painted seems earlier to me.
