Found these two unsual itemns today on the beach. The slip joint pliers look as though if they were cleaned up they would still work. May try to do some cleamning.

Are the grips blue? Looks like a pair of Kleins.
Some slip joints are usually called battery pliers,
Some companies used higher nickel content to
offset the corrosion from the sulfuric acid in batteries.

Looks like you found someones fishing hole. pliers for pulling hooks or crimping splitshot and skinning catfish. spoon for scaling fish or just a lunch drop.
