Primary Interest:
Metal Detecting
I recently had a piece of gold jewelry made for my wife, and the smith sent back 14.7-grams of fine and flake gold he didn't have to melt down to complete the piece. This is prospected gold from the Weaver Mountains of Arizona.

I'm looking for a good-condition metal detector for my son down in Kentucky (although if it's nice enough and I don't have the model already, he may not get it for a couple months!). If you are seriously interested in a trade, please PM me, email me (GTH@aol.com), or post to the thread. The gold assayed at 22K, and I'll take a photo and make it available to those that have something to trade.

The current 22k gold price per gram is $39.35
Thanks for your time and consideration Guys and Gals! :headbang:

I know terry... its hard to decide... but.

I will have you know... these high tech devices are not for the novice... Only for veteran detectorists like yourself.

When you finally hit the big time nugget patch...

I will show you the "high end" stuff.

Humorous, but again, over $500.00 in gold for the right used detector. Thanks for your interest. :occasion14:

Still looking for the right machine to trade for!

Is there a list of detectors you are looking for ?

Thanks everyone! Traded for a never used Minelab Explorer SE - Still in the unsealed box! :headbang:

Or you could have just sent your son one of many in your detector fleet?

I'm going to send him my Mojave with the stock coil, and an 11" x 8" widescan coil also tuned to the machine by the factory. I'll keep the Minelab for a while. It used to be one of my most profitable silver machines when it first came out! :skullflag:
