I took the ring to my jeweler friend and he recognized the style immediately. He knew the 2 men who made that type ring known as a vine pattern. He even found the company initials in the ring (very hard to make out BCJ) to confirm that they produced it. Unfortunately they closed the store about 9 years ago and both jewelers have passed away. He knows the widow of the main jeweler and if she still has the store records, with the initials and the date we can probably get the name of the original owner. I may be one step closer to making a return. He verified that the stones are both diamonds so one round white diamond and one triangular yellow diamond and a nice big chunk of gold. A one of a kind custom made ring.
I’ll let you know if i get more info on the owner of the ring.
Thanks for looking, stay safe, good luck and may your coil lead you to good things.
