Looks like stuff I have from the 40's

I've tacked 2 of 4 knots that look tied on a round rope, the green tacks look like aircraft, I can't make out what I have tacked baby blue. It might be from the Army Air Corps...

What is the design as a whole, sort of looks like a plane coming head-on.

Is whole image a propellor maybe something to do with paratrooper with rope and all
