I was thinking the same but it is tiny and doesn't have enough info for a bag tag IMO. It does appear to have been attached to fabric or leather. Other finds with this (posted in Today's Finds) are mid 20th C.

Good call on both of those points Matt! I hadn't realized that the web belt piece was found too. Makes sense, as the part is from a WWI belt.

I commented on his post in Today's Finds which showed the web belt hook, many marbles, a cool token, and other items.

still havent found an img, i see DCMatt had the name change
