USGS sourced LIDAR is now redacted at useful resolution over much of Florida

Areas that had good high resolution LIDAR data now appear redacted. This is in addition to previous resolution limits that were in "archaeologically sensitive" areas. Now huge swaths of Florida look like this:

I had to back out to 1:72,000 scale to see anything basically rendering the site useless to locate old home-sites and fence lines.
 

This now appears to be fixed. Maybe it was just a technical glitch?
 

What is going on. I could get on USGS and use it but cant figure it out now. Is there a good easy to use lidar site?
