Went out to Va Beach last night for 3 hours and pulled a few keepers from the sand. The first two targets I pulled were the pearl earring and the black diamond stud earring. Was hoping that was a sign of things to come. Turns out it was. About 30 minutes after I found the two earrings I dug a penny signal and to my surprise pulled out a beautiful 14K "diamond" ring. I had the ring tested and unfortunately it's not a real diamond, but still an exciting find. Also found a .925 silver hoop earring, but it looks more gold in color. Searched the beach for about three hours and as I was about to shut off the machine I got a signal in the shallow surf. Turned out to be the silver cross earring with two pieces of turquoise.
So for three hours of work I ended up with about $2.50 in clad, 4 earrings and 1 "diamond" ring. I'll take it.
Happy Hunting everyone!
