This is the sort of thing that makes me cry. It breaks my heart to see this.Senseless act of stupidity doesnt begin to cover it. What type of person can be so devoid of an inner voice , that they think this is ok. . I hope when they do catch these fools ,they fine them so heavy and take away their gun and any other penalty they can throw at them.
