I did not post some time here, but it does not mean exhausting of German fields
, just children became older and started to like computer, so that I hardly have 1 hour per day to access it.
This monday was one of the most successful day for last year- Walking about 2 hours, I found the folloing: 3 small silver kreuzers (need to be cleaned), variety of buttons dated 1600s-1800s, part of gold-plated ring and a wheel used either for cutting noodles or for making some design patterns on the ceramic (the question is still under discussions)
Here are some finds of this and other days in detail.
It the second button of napoleonic army in this area_ and I still cannot explain how it came here - found no info yet.
This was found close to the previous. In combination with some Prussian buttons I found here before ß it looks like some small local event took place.
This beauty is preliminary dated to 17th century, and is "pewter" analog of later silver buttons of such type.
Another younger pewter
Some what's it, probably part of buckle and I think not younger than 1800s
Un usual probably button of the same age
Later gold-plated civil button
Another pewter button
Late 1800s-early 1900s french button with grenade, typical for some fields here, sometimes together with russian stuff (next photo). Seems it was some camps for prisoners of WW1.
Russiun eagle
Early 1900s religion pendant
