Very nice penny

I found this coin roll hunting and it looks like its fresh from the mint. It's a 1990 s penny and it is the best condition I have ever seen for a coin that old. Any ideas on how I can store it to preserve the condition? Right now I am storing it in a temporary holder until I can get something better.

Yes it is in very nice condition.

Sadly, it is a proof. All proof coins have this similar look. Enjoy it but please keep in mind that proofs are not meant to be removed from their original packaging. If they do get removed, the only way to keep them in their pristine mint state is to immediately transfer them to a different sealed case.

I would bet that yours has already been impaired.

I would store it in a 2x2 mylar holder.
