I found with a metal detector very old stocks in addition to coins dating back 300 years

Hi Hook, been to Oman but not with a detector
there are lots of great places if you have 2 vehicles to go into the desert

Terry Solomon recommended a Minelab GPX or GPZ, do it
(why cover the same ground twice)
you will dig every target, don't worry about bells and whistles
