Apparently It is not as old as it looks. Dates on it suggest it is only 35 years 5 months, 3 weeks, and 5 days old.

I thought that at first too. Upon closer inspection, I think it actually says 1887...

There is a restored cemetery I always pass on a greenway trail when I'm out on my bicycle. A lot of old graves in this cemetery. I always like this one gravestone of a horse kneeling under a tree. Some of the graves in this cemetery are marked with just a stone.
