ive been using my white's coin master classic II to hunt coins, and guess what??!?!??! it doesnt detect silver or gold, i got out some jewelry, got no tone on gold jewelry or silver, got out some coins, no tone on silver coins... what a dissapointment.. so now i have to exclusively use a spectrum xlt, which i hope will not lead to disappointment in the end.

HI, I have been using a Whites Coinmaster Classic II since 1992. I have lost count of the number of gold and silver rings I have found with this machine, as well as silver coins dating back to the 1730's. I think you have a faulty machine.
