Charlie Waters a Vet has proposed a new way to present a flag before death. He is a well known man in central cali and has done many amazing things for vets. Recently a WW2 vet was on his death bed and Mr. Waters got him his flag 1 day before he died. The man died in the hospital with his hands on the flag that usually comes after death. Today Mr. Waters told us it was very hard to do wat he did. He now is trying to change procedure so if a vet is near death he can personally receive the flag before he dies. To me its a great idea. Wat do you think?

just recently he had a major stroke and that the side of his face is distorted. Mr. Waters still is working for vets even though he almost died. Im proud to know him cause all he does is not just for publicity .
