i have looked and looked. Found the black finish button and gold guild button in same yard. Owner is army heli pilot during Vietnam. None of this stuff is his personally. Property used to be a cafe'/bar for the navy school in Athens Ga. He keeps trying to give me this stuff but I found it in his yard and all relates to him and his service. This stuff keeps showing up I'll have to bring him a display case. 001.webp

The ribbon portion on the bottom is, of course, the Vietnam service medal. I was in service at that time but I don't recall ever having seen your piece before. I am guessing it may be a service organization honoring a pilot.

I think that it is definitely a post-war...or should I say, a post-conflict pin, probably manufactured in the 1980's.

Thanks to all the veterans who served in Vietnam.
