I have three of these oil on canvas paintings that I bought at a tailgate auction for $2.00 . They were in a box lot of tupperware and other junk .I can't make out the signature . Since they are dated 1970 (during viet nam war) I'm thinking they might be valuable . Any help would be greatly appreciated .Thanks !!

the most valuable wartime art from vietnam is the paintings on velvet depicting cartoon characters. One favorite was two buzzards sitting on a limb and the balloon said "Patience Hell Let's Go Kill Something" Another had wile e coyote having his way with the roadrunner and the balloon said "Beep Beep now You Little SOB". try a google for art vietnam prices and see what you get. exanimo, ss

The two small ones are 13'' X 9 1/2'' . The other is 16'' X 12''

I really like the style. Funny, no matter how good you are you're often overlooked due to lack of connections. Have to be discovered by a New York yuppie or you're nothing. :D
