As per my view it is made by silk because it is silky. It is look very different and it will look nice on any women. I really want to get, so can you help me find out this type of coats. How much money need to buy it and where can i go to make purchase.

Looks like sealskin to me.

It's definitely not sealskin. It's something sheared, either mink or lamb. Looks maybe 50s or 60s..
