Visiting Seattle area for the weekend

Hi all Washingtonians!

I'll be visiting your fine state for a week and I might have the opportunity to get out detecting on Sunday 2/25. I'm going to be in the Poulsbo/Bremmerton area so I was wondering if any Tnet'ers had any suggestion of where I might do some detecting, or maybe some gold panning?

Btw, is the ground frozen there?
