I'll be visiting Tucson on vacation this July for a little over a week. I've thought about bringing my detector along. My family and I will be staying with friends in Marana. Does anyone have any recommendations for easy access sites to do some detecting while I'm there? I suspect we will make a trip to Mt. Lemmon and maybe Sabino Canyon. We lived in Tucson for almost 8 years in the 80's but I'm sure things have changed a bunch since then. Can you detect in the city parks? County parks? How about Pima County fairgrounds?
