Vocanic rock???

Found this in Dardanelle on the beach of the Arkansas river. Doesnt seem magnetic although my magnet isnt powerful. Small quartz looking stones stuck in it. Vocanic maybe?

Is it really light? I have found some gravel filled tar ball along the river. Most of them have been very porous and light.

It isnt really heavy. I doubt its anything cool, my dad used to find arrowheads laying in our back yard, but I looked for years and never found one...damn the luck
