I just stopped there for the first time a couple weeks ago.
Looks like a huge party town and some interesting history.
There are a few places I have heard of that might be cool to hunt.

The problem with volley ball courts is everyone detects there. They get hit hard. The good thing is if they are used regularly they get replenished.
