Winchester-Western shotshell reloading press. Now I'm going to try to find a photo to confirm my guess. I have loaded a million shotshells on about 6 different presses though. Ponsness-Warren is the best I've found.

Looks like it may have been an old loading press of sorts .

Well,I looked all over the 'net and couldn't find it. There sure are a lot of roll crimping tools though! I'll keep looking...
