Yesterday I made a run to Estes Park, but didn't really have time to go look for photo ops. I took this mountain view from the shop yard of my customer up there. I did see one cow elk, but didn't stop to get a picture as it was in someone's yard eating their shrubs. These other four are some of a dog walk I took this morning as we go up and around a small pound on a hill. I thought it best to get them out before the heat comes. I'm not seeing much of any local wildlife lately. Maybe it's because of the hot weather they're all laying low and in the shade during the day and being more active at night? I did notice a new sign warning of prairie rattlesnakes have been seen in the are and to watch out for them. It was an official fish and game sign, so I better keep a short leash on these mut's of mine when go to this open-space area.
