About 4 months after purchase of my AT Pro the faceplate started separate across the screen so I called Garrett and to my surprise my registration didn't exist. As usual Garrett stepped up and setup my registration after 4months of use then the lady said she would put one in the mail at no charge. Now that is the way customer service should be. But with Garrett that is nothing new. If you are uncomfortable with your registration just give them a call to confirm. HH
