Hey everybody.? Nice forum.? I have a question that I hope somebody can help me with.? I have tried to detect in the surf and surge of Lake Erie looking for my own wedding ring that I lost whilst tossing nieces and nephews around.? My scoop is very tough, stainless steel, but with a straight edge at the business end of it.? The material that I am trying to go through is beach stone and gravel.? I have a very hard time getting through it and when I do get through it, the returning water from the incoming waves fills in my hole.? One scoop of gravel is not enough to recover the target.? Does anybody have a better mousetrap?? Eljeef.
