Weak strike half?!?

Hi, found this in some fed rolls along with 7 40% and 1 90% and this beaut. But I want to make sure this is the real deal because I saw ones not as bad going for $80. The reeding is perfect and so is the edge, but everything else is weak. Info?

the edge is not worn whatsoever, it looks like a normal coin from that side.....a picture wouldn't help

Looks more like a coin that was struck with a grease-filled die. See it alot more commonly in pennies.
