I managed to get out a little bit over the weekend with TNetter, P@tch. The weather was great, but the spots did not yield much. Here are all of the items in one shot:

- Great Seal button
- Toasted wheatie
- 1956 British half penny
- Watch gear
- 2x Junk jewelry
- Lead ball
- Printing Plate
- Skeleton key
- Old valve stem cover
- Warranted Superior saw tag
The small skeleton key was the prize of the weekend. Only the second one that I have found... and NOT broken.

The next best find was this printing plate, I assume it's for newspaper. It says "loans" in reverse...

This is an name tag "bolt" off of a hand saw. All saws have them, so sooner or later, you will find one. I really liked this one, as it was brass, old, green with patina and has an eagle on it! Any other object with all that going for it, would be a good find, this is junk though!

Now for the really bad stuff. I found this St. Christopher medal, and it looked SO good!

I turned it over, and it was marked! I whipped out the magnifying glass, and this what I saw: JUNK! If you buy fake medals, St. Christopher will NOT protect you! A lot of people show up at the ER with these junk medals on, and usually they are badly hurt. Word to the wise.

Lastly, I found this ring. Looked inside, and sure enough, it's marked. However, it is marked "HONG KONG"! Aluminum junk. Losing costume jewelry is embarrassing for the loser and finder. Please think, before you purchase costume jewelry.

It's all good though, I will find some better stuff next week.
Thanks for looking, and best of luck on your hunts!
