weekend finds while staying with friends in Lancaster

hunted several old schools, no silver for me, Mike found all the good stuff. I got some wheats, an older style boy scout neckercheif slide. YMCA plated spoon, a sex token
that was actually the FIRST thing I dug in Lancaster, makes me wonder what kind of people live there.....lol

And the bottle was from today we tried to dig a privy but did not have much luck, this one bottle was all we got and they were kind enough to send it home with me!

Was great to meet Teverly, Dayton Digger, and of course Big Mike (Buckeyehunter)

Wow, that neckerchief slide appears to be really old. The ones I find (and wore as a kid) had bendable metal tangs in the back. Never saw one with riveted points on the back. Very nice find, indeed!

I thought it looked much older too, any idea the age? the ones I have dug before were brass, and had the bendable clips, this one looks like the metal cap guns were made of

Nice finds last night i found a makeup jar that says Woodburys on it. I will be posting it today also how do you like the X-70 ? I just bought one from Digger it should be here tomorrow.

Very nice finds. The Wheat Cents look like they are in great condition. The BSA piece does look old. Nice collectible. Sounds like you had a great time!

Hey now those look like some nice finds. The scout slide is from the 40's or 50's. The new ones have a fold over piece on the back and aren't as strong as the older ones.

I really like the bottle, and by the way, now you can have some sex. LOL
