Hi all,

Once again the DFX performs outstanding. I have to give a big shout out to my bro Calvin who showed me a hotspot in Georgetown, ME. This place is right on a pond and has 4 known foundations around the pond. From this one site Ive taken 5 Indian head pennies, and another fellow hunter has taken an 1853 Large Cent and 1857 Flying Eagle from the same hole. Here are my totals from this weekend, one 1945 Washington Quarter, one 1964 D Roosevelt Dime, two 1863 Indian Head Pennies, one No Date Indian Head, two .925 silver rings, one homemade ring, a cheap bracelet, 18 quarters, 16 nickels, 21 dimes, 67 memorial pennies, and 6 wheat pennies, and 3 buttons. For a total of $8.13 in clad. Not a bad weekend. Happy Hunting All!!

-Dan

Nice finds, That Cal dude must be a pretty swell to show you such a hotspot!! Maybe you should show him how its done!! happy huntin!

Take that crusty injun and push it into a potato and leave for a day or so. The juices in the potato will eat that penny clean and maybe you'll see a date on it.

Good finds. Take a pic of the pond for me?!
