Many hours of swinging this weekend netted only one silver, a 1924 dime, but a handful of other interesting things.
Included in there are three 20th-century presidential tokens (maybe they were gas-station giveaways or something?), TR, FDR and Washington, that were all found in the same hole. There's also a classy "I Drink Therefore I Am" pinback, a toy gun, a lighter, a decorative piece of brass (don't know what it was), a 1930s Chevrolet badge with a little enamel left on it (my second one I've found), an old IODEX tin lid, and a strange lead whatsit.
There also a heavy round thing that at first I thought was a padlock, it's heavy like one, but it's something else. Has a hole through the middle and a threaded hole on what I suppose is the bottom.
In an old cow pasture I eyeball-found this 1930s-40s coke bottle with a nice Durham, NC emboss.
Hope you all had great weekends!
