Primary Interest:
All Treasure Hunting
All found in woods in northern NJ, trail used for millennia by native Americans, early colonists, Rev War soldiers, farmers, hikers...lots of ceramic shards, glass etc.

The larger black thing is flat on one end, broken on other. The smaller black thing is actually rounded on the end.

The clay half-ball is perfectly rounded and smooth on one side.

Thank you in advance.

Those clay balls are used by the pot growers here on the west coast as drainable substraight in the pots

Wow, I've found a few carbon rods myself, and never knew what they were either. They always reminded me of big pieces of chalk. It's great finding answers here by accident.

If you walk down the railroad tracks you can find them all the time. Gary
