Weird box of Halves

I ordered a box of halves from my bank a few days ago and when i brought it home I noticed it was open on one corner of the box. When I opened it completely i noticed that the rolls were open on one end. I figured i got a box that was searched already but then i noticed that there was 13 rolls that were machine wrapped on both ends. Not sure if someone just searched just 3/4 of the box or what. This ever happened to anyone?

I got skunked on the box but just thought it was weird that 3/4 of the rolls were opened and searched.

I watched the box come straight off the armored truck so I know it came from where ever the bank gets their boxes from.

I have gotten boxes of halves that were sealed but inside the rolls had been opened, searched and repacked in the same rolls.
The coin counters (brinks, loomis, etc) can get lazy, like everyone else

Sometimes the machine does not do a perfect job and rolls appear as though they may have been opened.
