Well guys man and his new subdivision has finally taken my dream spot.

I knew it was getting close but today was the day. I did get to detect the outskirts but today it’s officially over. The Max did great on some tiny buttons one with some gilt, minie ball etc. I will be able to move down from this spot but this was the pay dirt spot. Nothing last forever. The one with the gilt

your finishing hunt there produced some nice keepers.I know that sinking feeling when you lose a site. I can remember this happening when they started to build condos on the heights in Cincinnati where really old homes once stood.

For me, it's been different this year. Best CW spot we have covered 50% of it and more area to go. Other CW site, they cleared away the underbrush! Hallelujah! Third CW spot, trees uprooted and a plate was found under one.

But when the dozers come, and the building starts, that's all folks.

I had 2 weeks after the dozer. I had six shots at it and produced many buckets listers. Best spot I ever found and I only had it for 2 weeks.

But thank God I had it. Someone else was hitting it hard too. Wish I could let him know what he missed. Lol

Nice going on the final saves from the site. It always is a major suck loosing a site.
I thought my day was a little bummed out looking at a fence line at one of my cellar holes.
Thinking I'd have a drive over seeing if hte frost is out of hte ground, dreaming about the new 9" HF coil that I'm going use along the fence line.
Got there and the farmer turned it into a feed lot so it's cover in 8" of hay, round bales, and 10" of turds.
But I still have the permission.
