....by the guy who I showed how to detect about 4years back. I created a monster with this guy. The problem is that he has a job which allows him to leave and do what he wants whenever he feels the desire. So he has just killed the local homes around me. I had 5 years on him before we meet so I did some good damage to the local area detecting wise. He is pretty well off and has time those are two things I am jealous of. I would be doing the same thing as he.
Anyway, he is pretty good at detecting and most old coins at home sites are usually not that deep I have still been to sites he has detected at and found a few coins he left behind.
If I can find at least one oldie I'll be happy. One Indian or one silver of any kind will make it worth while. I have permission for 8:00am. I asked for that time so I can hang with the family during the shank of the day. Not that big of a yard so I should finish it off by 10:00am or so.
I'll give a report in the a.m no matter the results. Wish me luck. Jim
