Sounds like the potential is there buddy. And those old tokens are very cool. It's tough to dig through all of the modern trash but if you've got the patience it's usually well worth it. I'll be looking forward to see what else you pull out of there

Very nice! I'm yet to find a token of any sort. I shouldn't complain as this first year of detecting has surpassed my wildest dreams by a long shot. I just find them more interesting than coins. Some of the hard times tokens are really coil
 

Any day you find a copper you've not got before is a good one...for me it is anyway.

For the record I think it's one I've not found before either, I got one of the ones with all the small writing on it. I do like the wide variety of early tokens around here, guess that's what makes every copper coming from the ground a bit exciting, you never know what it could be.

Started a new site today ! Quite a bit of modern junk to get through . but it has signs of age Underneath ! Only one old copper ! An 1811- 1813 Canadian Wellengton Half penny token . A Breton -971. My second Wellengton token but my first of this type :icon_thumleft: Thanks for looking and happy treasure hunting ! MainRelic

Gotta love those tokens! I am still looking to find my second early 1800's token. Keep it up..
