Productive hunt! Tightening up those gluteus maximus muscles with all of those squats. Ouch!

Nice job on the Merc Truth. I like that State Tax Token also.

Nice finds. Congrats.

Kray I lose 2 to 3 lbs every time I hunt soaking wet.....and then I find those lbs back at night.

You did a lot of digging and found some nice things, congratulations! :occasion14:

congratulations on some hard earned silver! Be careful not to overdo it. Heat stroke is real!

I know the other day I was feeling dizzy and nauseous and I shut it down. It’s the humidity that brutal in my neck of the woods. Always said when you’re coming back from vacation and you’re at the airport in New Orleans it’s freezing, you get your bags and when you get ready to walk out the sliding doors open and a wet blanket smacks you right in your face and you say......weee’re home.

Nice finds ! You actually did find a Liberty ! The proper name for this coin is the " Winged Liberty Dime " obviously most people call this the "mercury " dime , I have too - but the image has nothing to do with the Roman god mercury . The winged cap refers to freedom of thought ' and along with the huge word Liberty behind her profile , are a symbolic repudiation of fascism ' national socialism , bolshevism, communism - all of which on the march by 1916 when these little gems were first issued .

Thank you Argentium for making me appreciate these dimes even more. Thank you for that.

Very nice! There’s something about a Merc popping out of a plug that just doesn’t get old. Time to crack open a cold one and cool down.

These along with the Walking Liberty half are easily my favorite "modern" U.S. silver coins for beauty of design .

I agree and I also have a personal strange love affair with the 1798/1799 Silver Dollar.
