Went to my 1820’s house. New owner just texted me some cool info!!!!!

....worked till 2:30am decided to stay up and beat the heat. Swung for 3 hours in 2 tone to learn that mode. Yielded a iron buckle, shot gun shell, 2 bullets one shot, one short and weird and what I THOUGHT was silver in the hole!!!!! UGGGGH very disappointing trip today.
What a let down

Although here’s something interesting the new owner of the home just texted me.

“You may be interested to know that yesterday I was sorting through another box and found a group of papers stating the history of the house. It’s specifically referenced a slave graveyard In the woods near the house. Saying it was found by one of the daughters in the early 1900s. Maybe 1920s. Also gave an approximate location.”

Now I won’t detect that graveyard spot, but it sure would be amazing to go see and detect around that area.

I hunt in Mississippi too I’m 45 mins from the state line. So so hot I was out at 5:45 started sweating waking to the truck. Feels like Louisiana and Mississippi are the armpits of America [emoji631] lol
