Hit the area west of the big rocks today with max and guru and was out for about 4 hours. Tide was real low and lots of rocks were exposed. Water was cold but spent most of my time knee to ankle deep. Managed to pull the cross and ring just a short distance from each other within my first 1/2 hour there. Ring is tungsten and the cross I'm not sure about. Tried the sliver test but not sure if I'm doing it right or not. No marks on it anywhere that I can find so my guess is that it is some sort of crap metal.

Here is the rest of today's haul. Pulled $0.75 in clad, a bunch of fishing weights, some copper pipe and fittings, the usual aluminum garbage (quite a bit of slag today) and a metal circle that has writing on it saying "Use Monkey Wrench Tri Sure" Also has the company address in Chicago on it but not well enough to see in the pictures.

Looked up the name and found this: Antique Vintage Oil Dispenser (10/27/2010)
So it may be a cap to this or something like this that the company may have made.
Thanks for looking!
