Wetgreenie's dream box?
This is pretty much Dream box material for me.
I picked up two boxes from a bank known for producing nothing but new coins. In fact I had two complete boxes of coin all the same year. However after some time I decided to try it again.
Again I see nothing but very new looking 2000, 2001 and 1997 coins and thought, here we go again. but then I get a nice glint of silver finally...a walking liberty...sweet...this is the holy grail for me, very happy.
Then I move to the next box and about soiled myself yet again. One roll showing three silvers. I took a picture and pulled them out...Two franklin's and another Walker...sweet! Soon after it all just started rolling one after another silver coins sandwiched between nothing but newer barely used coins,
Keepers:
7 Walking liberty's: 1935,36,37,40,42,44,47d...
15 Franklin's: 4x1952,3x1952d, 6x1953d, 1x1957d,1x1963d
And one 1982 Washington commemorative.
Added to the keepers for the week = 35-40% and 25-90% silver halves out of $4,500 or 225 lbs of coins.
