What am I missing with disc at max on vaqeuro

I usally only get to hunt parks amd old home sites, and I usally dont have alot of time so I have been runing my disc one notch above max disc.it has kept me from digging trash but I was wanting to know if I was missing anything, also I only coin hunt no relics. Thanks Cladder

Well first off you have this in the Bounty Hunter forum and it should be in the Tesoro if you run a Vaquero. But at max disc. you loose the chance of finding any old gold coins, or any gold at all. Also old nickles.
