I have found one other button like this before but it had no backmark. I was surprised to see words on this one. It's hard to read in the picture but it says "Warranted Superior". I think maybe it's a cuff button? I'm very new to this and any advice on this would be much appreciated! Anyways I was super excited to find it and I also found a musket ball. :hello2:

Nice find Hdubya! I did search the net and found a lot of buttons that matched the back but not the front. I am sure someone will jump in shortly with ID.

When I googled it I did find buttons with those words on it but still can't find that button. I would like to know who the buttons were for? Idk if they were military or just regular people wore them. This Relic hunting just keeps getting better! I'm a female so my dream item would be to find a ring or a locket!
