Never found a button with this type of shank?

Weird brass pieces?

One looks like a scabbard tip? D372D651-4E65-459D-A67E-17EF24652316.webp9B8A63D0-744D-4796-9BE3-D0B9621EF0BF.webpB32F5053-7A30-496D-9A4E-1D48B2D7D78E.webp6C512B6E-E311-4DD9-9847-FB241B829BDB.webp

What’s that “button” made of? I take it there’s nothing on the front. Very interesting pieces

Likely brass. I think it’s a one piece but not too sure. Thanks!

Nope it was a 2 piece 18th C button. It's one of the few rule breakers.

your tip is likely to a parasol, not scabbard
