✅ SOLVED What are these?

Hello, these are likely trash but were both found in the musket ball location. The dumbell shaped item was found a yard from the musket ball and the hook looking object was found on the other side of the property. We believe they are both junk and are almost absolutely certain that the hook looking thing is just a building material but want to confirm that the dumbell is trash before we toss it just to be on the safe side. The circular portion of the dumbell is about the size of a dime, the opposite side is roughly the same and no inscriptions of any kind have been found yet on it.

I've found lots of rivets like those at civil war sites .I never thought of them as junk.
I always called them relics.
