Just Curious, I'm sure Someone here Knows the Area.
at First I thought Bells, But considering the Number & how they are Set up
not a Loss, I Don't think. maybe Fish Habitat ?

I'd post the you tube video but it appears to be a cheeskake piece , and I know what
cheeskake looks like. just curious on these
