They are 1950s-to-presentday "Lyman Mold" .58-caliber Minie-bullets made for use by modernday Blackpowder hunters and target-shooters. The identification clues for that specific type are the "oversized" rings/grooves in combination with a base-cavity that is very deep and very wide. For verification, go to the following webpage and scroll down to bullet #575213. (The "575" part of the number is the bullet's diameter.)
