I found this small two piece metal bottle in the yard of a house built in the late 40's. It resembles a Coke bottle and appears to have had a thin layer of plating that made it shiny like chrome. Bottom says patent applied for.
What would have come in this little bottle? It looks a lot like a lipstick capsule but I don't think that's what this is. How about candy? I tried googling different search terms but couldn't find anything resembling this.
