What Happened to Arkansas Bill?

I have on my desk a copy of the booklet "Rattlesnakes and Snow" by Arkansas Bill and William M. Forth.

Bill autographed this and sent it to me several years ago when we communicated here on Tnet.

I haven't heard from him or seen his posts in a long time.

Anyone know?
