I'll try to contact John and ask him......

Was watching a Gigmaster video on Youtube and he mentioned called the owner. Owner said materials prices/shortages or something of that nature was the cause.

Real shame, there's such a wide gap between the very high end xtreme scoops I've been wanting, and the others available that seem to be junk/poorly made.

Where abouts you from? I’m about an hour north of Indy.

I'm in Southern Indiana...about 2 hours south of Indianapolis.

Was checking the xtreme scoops site and saw they had the stainless scoop (top model on scoop page) in stock. Was able to get one, but they're back out of stock again.

I don't do much water hunting but I wonder how the xtreme scoops compare to the "Honey Badger" scoops Merrill had custom made? * regardless looks like he is out of stock as well.
