what is it post/ how do I

my post on an iron wheels needs some pic.s, i can get the pics in but dont know how to resize to fit this site any user friendly suggestions on resizing please the very easy est way dumber here than the wheel

if you are using windows xp. click start. all programs. accessories. then select "paint".
click "file" up top then "open" find your picture in whatever directory you have it in then "ok"
click "image" from the top then "stretch/scew"
you will have 2 values under stretch at 100% lower them both equally to 40% (it depends on how big the file size is..this works for me..mess with different values if you need to) click "ok"
Then click "file" and "SAVE"!! <--the important part. you can right click your picture file and look under "properties" and see the file size before you post to make sure it isnt too big.

This probably sounds a little confusing but after you do it a couple times you can zip thru pics in a few seconds easy.

go to edit picture then go to size 100%, 75%, 50%. or best for net, use best for net, then click save. I had same problem,
